Flounder? September 4, 2016 Borve Beach, Isle of Harris, UK

I caught this fish I've been calling this a flounder but I'm not sure isn't a plaice while fishing from the rocks at Borve Beach on the Isle of Harris, in the outer Hebrides.  It was high tide and I was using a Gulp! Alive Sandworm on a dropshot rig. 

 Later, when the tide went down, I found some vibrant algae on the rocks.
